Look no further then the steel city and it’s surrounding municipalities to find bitter small town folk who won’t hesitate to say so. This is the area Hillary threw down a shot of Crown at the bar to show she can hang with the boys.
We’ll one thing you can count on, it’s going to take more then drinking a shot of whiskey to convince those people in Hammond, Gary, Whiting, Griffith, Hobart, Portage and East Chicago that a vote for her is a vote for American jobs. These people will not be fooled. They are tough as hell and they see through bull s quite well.
I’ll say this, if the people in “the region” (that’s what they call it) outside of the city limits of Gary show strong support for Obama, this proves that he can garner the white working class vote. To me, this is the real test. Not those PA folks.
Those people outside of Gary hate black people as a whole because of the legacy of Richard G. Hatcher. Yea, I said it. I was born and raised in Gary. My dad worked in Inland steel for 30 years. I’ll call it like I know it.
But hopefully, those people understand that Hillary will play them like Bill did on the steel tariffs issue that his Administration tip toed around.
The real story is not what Indianapolis, Fort Wayne or Evansville think or how they vote. All eyes should be on one of the funkiest places on the planet, Lake County, Indiana.
Let’s see how funky Hillary can get. ( I really don’t want a visual of that)
Why is it that a case for Obama is a case of the lowest common multiple and like someone once said – Intelligence being the abasence of stupidity.

Americans are so gullible. Collectively, they are lead by what their favorite news source tells them to believe.
If Foxnews, MSNBC, ABCNEWS or CBSNEWS said it was so, then it is so. Never mind they are all in it together. TOO MAKE MONEY playing you fools like a yo-yo.
One minute they’ll put it out there that Obama is surging, the other they’ll put it out there that Hillary is surging.
Just to keep you tuning in so they can go cha ching to the sound of advertisers buying up that ad space.

Third, my political leanings are definitely Republican
Having said all that, it is my impression that Barack Obama can, should and will, carry the country when it comes to both the nomination and general election in the fall. It is certainly my intent to vote for him. If he can win me over, he has the election in the bag!
I cannot believe, and certainly hope, the populus of America is not so stupid as to put Hillary in the White House (she is so transparent when it comes to craving power), or to give the Republicans 4 more years to screw things up worse!

Lake County is the county in which Crown Point, Valparaiso, Merillville, Portage, Hammond, Gary, East Chicago, and Griffith are located.
It’s a tough as nails area and one that is to this day one of the most racially polarized locations in the US. It’s a majority working class county and I dare say that I am actually proud to have been raised in such a place.
It prepared me for the world, both the black and white of it.
