I was hell bent set on traveling to Gary, Indiana the first weekend of April with my family to allow them to experience an event that was sure to give them a taste of my experience of being “born and raised” in Gary, Indiana. THE GARY DRILL TEAM COMPETITION.
Due to unforeseen events (Gas prices, high costs of groceries and being charged extra for just thinking about the pursuit of life, liberty and prosperity) I decided not to pull the trigger on purchasing 4 round-trip tickets from SKybus to transport my family from Greensboro, NC to Gary, Indiana.
Boy am I glad I missed this bus. They folded on the very day I would have attempted to fly. I surely would be out of, say $400, if I had pulled the trigger.
