Where is Hillary Clinton? Isn’t she the best person to hit back at the Palin Agenda that McCains campaign is waging against the Obama Campaign. I’ll say this. If she does not come out and address the Palin Bounce and meet it head on, Obama’s toast.

Clearly, she’s holding a grudge against Obama. Hell, for the matter, where’s Bill Clinton when it comes to commentary/takes on the Palin Agenda? It’s clear they are on the sidelines still smarting from loosing the nomination.

Obama’s got to take it though. He surely should have known that this was coming after not picking Hillary as VP, let alone beating her for the nomination.

For some reason, Billary seems like the “I told you so” types.” Letting the phony Palin Agenda succeed long enough to allow Hilary to set up the type of “political comeback” role I think she is plotting by letting the Palin Agenda go unchallenged by the only REAL “change minded/maverick” female politician, Hillary herself.

The McCain-Palin ticket is the phrase that reads the same backwards as Bush-Chaney. And no, there’s no “lite” attached. Except that it’s really “Palin-McCain”.

I’ve posted on this in the past and I’ll touch on it again. Americans, a vast majority of white ones at that, are serious gluttens for punishment.

Quite simply, it was the same “undecided” whtie citizens who voted for Bush during the second of W’s terms, who are now being swayed by Sarah “Smile” Palin’s addition to McCains ticket. This Palin “VPILF” crap appeals exactly to what McCains strategist are counting on. The immaturity of the American White Male that thinks with their libido and not with their brains…

Not talked about in serious context, George W. Bush is a perfect case study on the adolescent mindset of the 21st Century American White Male. Take a look at what types of roles/stars are revered by this segment of society in todays movies . Adam Sandler. Jim Carey. Chris Farley. Owen Wilson. Ben Stiller. Jack Black. Vince Vaughn. Will Ferrell. All White Males who play(ed) characters who have not quite grown up yet, though their clearly in their 30’s/40’s. These guys movies are all about connecting with this segment of the American population.

Fox News knows what makes these guys tick. Want their attention? Get it with a “hot babe” as your talking piece. Doesn’t matter if she has no substance. As long as she’s articulate, “hot”, nice rack AND there’s no internet dirt on her, she’s good to go. “We’ll give her the talking points and she’ll deliver the ratings… No experience par for the job needed.

Our media had the gall to criticize China for replacing the not so pretty 7 year old singer of the opening Bejing Olympics with one that fit their idea of what was pretty.

China’s official stance was, ““The national interest requires that the girl should have good looks and a good grasp of the song and look good on screen”

Where’s the medias criticism for the GOP’s 21st Century model for success: “The national interest of the party requires that the woman should have good looks, a good grasp of “Republican propaganda crap” and look good on screen.”

And Palin hits the spot.

As the Chinese replacement “lip synced” the words to “Ode to the Motherland”, Palin will speak pre-rehearsed republican propaganda about liberals, religion and taking America Back into a mic.

My question is; taking back American from who? Your own party that has F’d things up the past 7.5 years?

You can put lip stick on an elephant, but it’s still a big ole stinking elephant. Hows that!

WTF are people thinking? HOW COULD JOHN MCCAIN EVEN BE CLOSE TO ANY DEMOCRAT OPPONENT IN ANY POLL NOT RUN OR FUNDED BY A REPUBLICAN THINK TANK? I’m at a loss of words when I read or view news reports that show Obama and McCain are in a tight race. It’s absolutely scary.

It is inconceivable that there are white/black/hispanic/asian voters out there who have been negatively affected by their beloved Republican Parties agenda of “Get Rich or Fuck the Country Up Trying”, who are still EVEN THINKING of voting for ANOTHER Republican to follow Dupya. Let alone those who are lifetime democrats who are also in the same boat.

Gotta deal with it though. Majority rules in this country. Always have. Though the majority is clearly full of fools who can’t stand blacks so much, they are willing to F their children’s future up because they can’t bring themselves to vote for a

Black Guy.

They can’t help it. GOP’ers and “conservatives” (code word for anti-negro) can’t run campaign’s that’s not racist. It’s their core constituency. Since reconstruction, have they ever? NO!

It is time for the U.S. to move ahead to the future. Barack Obama is not a savior. But he is a change that properly represents America’s sentiment that the direction of this country has GOT TO CHANGE! The old hands have used our tax money to surely benefit the few (the upper class).

Whites voting for Obama has nothing to do with them being liberal. It’s like hearing someone scratch a chalkboard when I hear white political commentators like Pat Buchannon tell blacks how they should “see things”. However, my take on why whites have voted for Obama (besides the fact that not all of them are racists or even have a problem with people of color) is that I believe whites are feed up with:

  • The high costs of gas as a result of Dick Chaney inviting the leaders of big oil to white house at the beginning of the Dupya Presidency.
  • The mis-leading of American People in lying (not misusing intelligence) to the American public about intelligence he used to justify the war in Iraq-for the benefit of attendees of Dick Chaney’s energy policy invite to big oil at the beginning of the Dupya Presidency.
  • The falling value of the dollar world wide- caused directly by Dupya Administration economic policies from “trusted, conservative minds”.
  • The housing crisis caused by Dupya and his administrations policy to not push for stiff enforcement of housing regulatory laws THAT ARE ALREADY ON THE BOOKS!
  • The home owner who was not a participant in the “sub prime debacle”, but who is being affected by it- Due to horrendous Dupya fiscal policys
  • The rising cost of food at the result of Dupya’s policy of allowing the Big Oil constituencys agenda to override all others.

These are just a few of the issue’s that white folk have a problem with the regular old beltway players in Washington.

What better way to send the message to their hardcore conservative neighbor then by putting an “OBAMA” sign in their front yard.

Revolution comes in all shades and colors…

Pasty Rush Limbaugh’s Ditto Heads are the “white working class” that has been “crossing over ” and voting for Hillary in large numbers. I’m convinced after noticing right after the completion of several primaries, theres always a statement in the press that talks about how heavy the voter turn out was in normally Republican Red districts.

When you look at vote totals for McCain and other Republican candidates, their overall vote totals/volume is less than twice/three times what the totals are for Obama and Clinton.

The thing about it, the press has always known about it. A prolonged primary season means more money. Does anyone really believe that McCain can win the nomination?

The King Puppet Master is hard at work fooling you all into believing that Barack can’t garner the “white working class” vote.

After finding out that Lake County Indiana went to Obama (got the majority of the white and black votes from this “blue collar county), it’s clear that it was the red district Republicans that did wicked “Limbaugh Crossovers” and voted in blocks throughout state of Indiana and other state primaries that gave Hillary the “bump” she needed to win in those states.

The media is more then willing to facilitate this agenda. It prolongs this media money making race for the Democrat Nomination.

Notice how very little press McCain actually gets throughout each week. They can’t make any money off the guy!

A tried and true formula for selling ad space is race baiting political topics.

Having been born and raised in Gary, Indiana (1st 18years), I’ve lived in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area since June 2001. The similarities between Indiana and North Carolina are in most instances subtle, and in some instances striking.

Indiana, Northwest Indiana in particular, has suffered greatly due to the global economy, primarily through the loss of blue collar work in steel mills and manufacturing.

The Raleigh-Durham area is positively affected by it’s proximity to Research Triangle Parks Biomedical and Technology focused industry. These industry’s and the major banking industry presence in Charlotte has allowed both the Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte job force in North Carolina to avoid being negatively affected by the global economy.

However, rural North Carolina has been devastated by the effects of the global economy. Free trade agreements have negatively affected both North Carolina and Indiana with respects to jobs being lost to cheap labor located in places foreign to US soil.

How fitting is it that the two primary’s that I believe will decide who gets the Democrat Presidential nomination are the Indiana and North Carolina primaries.

The North Carolina voter has a unique paradox because it ecompasses voters who have not only been negatively affected by the global economy but also positively and negatively affected by the US’s global war on terror.

Eastern North Carolina is home to a vast number of US military installations such as:

The Marine Corps Air Station in Cherry Point, NC

Fort Bragg Army Installation near Fayetteville, NC

Pope Air Force Base, Fayetteville, NC

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base

Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Installation

The US Cost Guard Installation in Elizabeth City, NC

The Marine Corps Air Station in Jacksonville, NC

While North Carolina bases have seen an increase in military manpower assigned to it’s bases (thus creating economic stimulus to the communities they surround), they have also had to deal with the loss of life and problems facing soldiers who return with mental and physical injuries associated with serving in the two wars the US is currently involved in, Afghanistan and Iraq.

While Indiana as well as other states certainly are dealing with similar issues, North Carolina is one of the epicenters for these concerns in whole US of A.

That’s actually the way I view Northwest Indiana in the area of job loss to foreign labor; an epicenter of blue collar job loss. In this area, the job losses started in the 70’s. “The Region” (as they call it) has lost, probably, over 100,000 jobs in the steel and manufacturing sectors over the past two decades. I actually believe that 100,000 would be a conservative number.

In some respects, the textile industry in North Carolina has suffered the same plight as the Northwest Indiana industries. Take a look at the following:

  • 1994—> The Uruguay Round’s Agreement on Textiles and Clothing (ATC) requires countries like the U.S. to phase out import restrictions on textiles and apparel under MFA over the next ten years.—> NAFTA goes into effect.
  • 1999—> Burlington Industries lays off over 2000 workers in six North Carolina textile plants.
  • 2000—> President Clinton signs the Trade and Development Law of 2000. Thislaw consists of the U.S. – Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act (CBTPA) and the Africa Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA). Both of these measures improve trade relations between the U.S. and countries in the Caribbean Basin and Africa.—> Shelby Yarn closes three plants in Shelby and Cherryville, North Carolina, eliminating 650 jobs.
  • 2001—> Westpoint Stevens eliminates 1250 jobs in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
  • 2003—> Kannapolis-based Pillowtex closes five North Carolina plants and eliminates over 4,000 jobs. The Raleigh News and Observer calls it “the single biggest job loss ever in North Carolina (Martinez, 2003).”
  • 2004—> U.S. Congress will be debating and voting on CAFTA, a trade agreement similar to NAFTA that includes Central American countries like El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica.—> New York financier Wilbur Ross decides to create new International Textile Group by merging bankrupt Burlington Industries and Cone Mills. The new textile giant is expected to have annual revenues of $900 million (Lunan, 2004).
  • 2005—> All textile and apparel quotas will be eliminated for 148 WTO nations under ATC.

http://www.duke.edu/web/mms190/textiles/

Since 1993, at least 13,000 jobs in North Carolina has been lost in the textile and furniture production industries due to NAFTA. Indiana has lost over 16,000 jobs to NAFTA in the motor vehicle equipment and electric equipment industries.

I dare a news media rep to go to the towns that lost these jobs and ask the ones who have lost their lively hood, if they are bitter because of free trade agreements that Billary Clinton and Dupya have signed into effect during their tenures in the White House.

I’m sure they’ll get an ear full bitterness.

Imagine what it’s going to be like when the soldiers are brought back to the US. The economy is in shambles due to Dupya’s teams financial and political ineptness. Unemployment is already high. Imagine what’s going to happen when these soldiers get back and they can’t find a job.

What if they feel they can’t get a job because of the illegal immigrant effect on the local job market.

A veteran solider is not going to work for or provide “cheap labor”.

NAFTA NEEDS TO BE RENEGOTIATED.

BLACKS SHOULD SWITCH THEIR VOTE TO JOHN MCCAIN. LETS SHOW AMERICA AND DEMOCRATS WHAT NEGLECTING OUR PEOPLE AND OUR VOTE MEANS.

LIKE WHOOPI SAYS, THE REPUBLICANS MADE THIS MESS. LET THEM FIX IT. I FOR ONE HAVE ALWAYS SAID REPUBLICAN IDEOLOGY IS FLAWED AND THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME WRONG. THEIR STANCE ON JUST ABOUT EVERY ISSUE RELATED TO LIVING DECENTLY IS FLAWED AND WRONG FOR THE AVERAGE MAN.

WHEN YOU ACTUALLY LET THEM GET THE CONTROL THEY’VE ALWAYS WANTED, THEY FU_k THINGS UP. UNTIL LAST YEAR, THEY HAD THE HOUSE, THE SENATE AND THE PRESIDENCY.

WHAT DID THEY DO WITH IT. F THINGS UP!

THEIR A-HOLE TALK SHOW HOSTS AND SUPPORTERS HAVE BEEN SPOUTING THEIR “CONSERVATIVE VALUES ARE BETTER THAN YOURS” CRAP FOR DECADES.

“WHITE WORKING CLASS”, THEY TRICKED YOU INTO SUPPORTING “THEIR REVOLUTION” (CONTRACT WITH AMERICA). AND THEN THEY SCREWED YOU.

THEY DIDN’T TELL YOU IT WAS REALLY A CONTRACT WITH THEIR DONORS. TO GET GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS TO FILL THEIR PERSONAL COFFERS. TO GET YOU TO PAY $3 FOR A LOAF OF BREAD, THOUGH FARMERS (THEIR DONORS) GET A SUBSIDY FROM THE US GOVERNMENT ( THE CORPORATE FARMER MAKES MILLIONS OFF THEIR CROPS AND GET MILLIONS OF SUBSIDIES FROM THE US GOVERNMENT)

BLACKS HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN THE SHORT END OF THE STICK IN THIS COUNTRY. MCCAIN F’ING UP THE COUNTRY EVEN MORE ALLOWS FOR THE POINT TO BE MADE.

YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE AMERICA TO GET SOMEONE IN THE PRESIDENCY THAT HAS TO ANSWER TO YOU.

OBAMA, DROP OUT. THIS ARM OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY THAT IS SUPPORTING CLINTONS RACE CARD PLAYING AS_, DOES NOT DESERVE YOU OR ANYBODY LIKE YOU.

THEY NEED TO GET WHAT THEY GOT COMING TO EM. WE’RE USED TO IT. THEIR NOT.

After this, the Republican Party will be buried. But not forever. Some of you are stupid enough to be fooled not once, not twice, not three times, but multiple times.

Your gluttons for punishment.

Seeing what happened to Bear Stearns, and how the Federal Reserve stepped in to give them cash, I believe Republicans in charge of cabinets such as The Department of Treasury are scrambling to prevent what is eventually going to come to fruition. Their views/policies/skills on how to run/manage things are poor. Their time as the majority party in congress was/is a failure of enormous, embarrassingly proportions.

From corporate scandals (see Enron through Bear Stearns and CEO pay), the war in Iraq (See federal contract fraud) to Hurricane Katrina, the display of their ineptness is tremendous. The most aluring thing about this turn of events is there are no scapegoats they can blame on their performance.

Can’t blame it on welfare moms.

Can’t blame it on affirmative action

Can’t blame it on Democrat’s (though they’ll somehow try- see Newt Gingrich/Karl Rove/Bill Kristol comments in about a year or so)

Can’t blame it on the moral decay of the society

Can’t blame it on abortion supporters

Can’t blame it on middle class tax cuts

Can’t blame it on Democrat spending that causes a deficit (The Republicans have been the kings of spend)

Can’t blame it on excessive punitive damage lawsuits

Can’t blame it on black men

Can’t blame it on the boogie (I had to say that:))

And they certainly aren’t going to own up to the fact that while some of them are smart people, their deviousness/greed/flawed white supremist ideology is just plain wrong!

And their deviousness/greed/flawed white supremist ideology and actions have placed this country, MY COUNTRY, in a state of peril. the dollar is going the way of the peso. Corporations are now seeing that sending jobs overseas leaves no one in America to buy the Chevrolets and the GE appliances. People in the developing countries are not going to buy a GE flat screen TV or a Chevy Impala. They buy Toyota’s, Hondas, Mercedez, and Bmw’s .

Jim Bob in rural NC or Hunter in Denver, Co. were the only ones buying Humvee’s and Chevy’s and they can’t now because they either had to take a pay cut or were laid off. Jim Bob was a construction supervisor only to be replaced by Perdro, the underling who speaks enough English to understand the construction superintendent and also speaks Spanish, so he can also communicate with the illegal employee’s who the owner has hired as laborers.

THEY (BUSH APPOINTEES) ARE DOING WHAT THEY CAN TO PROP UP THE ECONOMY SO THAT IT’S COLLAPSE WILL HAPPEN IN THE FIRST TERM OF THE NEXT PRESIDENCY. THEY ARE ALSO DOING THIS IN IRAQ.

This gives them the potential ability to blame the next administrations first year policies on the economic collapse of the US and the IRAQ collapse.

Wrong, most of the time, loses. I don’t care how articulate one is and how good at spin they are, right is right and wrong is wrong. Ones true colors always comes out in the end.

Yet again, another example of the superior values conservatives exude.

The GOP had one person in charge of their treasury with no oversight mechanisms in place. This allowed that one person, Chris Ward, to bilk the GOP treasury of hundreds of thousands of dollars over a 5 year period. Par for the course.

When a conservative such as Ron Paul states that less government is what’s needed, what he and other GREEDY fake conservatives really want is to be able to bilk the US Treasury of trillions of dollars without any oversight.

Oh wait, that’s been happening for the past 7 years with the Bush Administration! (See google for a myriad of articles on no bid government contracts that has filled the coffers of Dubya/Cheney’s palls with little or no performance)
